There is more than enough information to be found about Sailor Pluto on these internets. Way back in April of 1997, I made a Sailor Pluto character shrine that had all sorts of information about her (or what information was there): stuff like her made-up stats about hating eggplant and wishing to be a fashion designer that are never ever touched upon in the anime, manga, or musicals (as far as I know on the latter: was never a fan of the musicals). It’s been a weird year, and it’s made me nostalgic, and then I discovered that I’d become sentimental about that Sailor Pluto website this year. A lot of great people and nice things happened as a result of me having that website. I decided to resurrect it. I don’t really think that character shrines have the same relevance now as they did ten years ago… We now have Wikipedia and so many other places to record canonical information about a favorite anime character. I’m more interested in curating a collection of images, sounds, and other media that can’t be easily found. Tumblr is a great way to share neat things quickly. My goal for this blog is to share my enjoyment of this character with other people.

So that there can be no confusion, this contains a lot of reblogs, My personal editorial policy is that when I’m reblogging something that doesn’t have an original source cited, I try to do what I can as much in the time I have to do research and give credit where credit is due: I’d like to reassure anyone reading this who is concerned that I’ve usurped anyone’s efforts in turning something up that it’s not meant to be that way.
